How long does delivery take?
Every order is printed specially for you. Printing and packing take 2–3 business days, and delivery takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. Most orders arrive within 5–8 business days. If your PIN code is served only by India Post, delivery can take up to 15 business days.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Shipping is free on every order across India.
Do you ship outside India?
Not at the moment. We currently ship only within India.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes, cash on delivery is available on most PIN codes.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we'll email you the tracking details.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Every product is made to order, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or a wrong selection.
What if my order arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong?
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, an unboxing video recorded in one take from the sealed package, and clear photos of the product and packaging. We'll send you a free replacement, or a full refund if a replacement isn't possible.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 12 hours of placing it. Just email us. After 12 hours your order goes into production and can't be cancelled.
How long do refunds take?
Prepaid orders are refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by UPI or bank transfer within 5–7 business days after you share your payment details with us.
Will the colours look exactly like the photos?
We keep our photos as true to life as we can, but slight colour differences between your screen and the printed product are normal.
