SHIPPING POLICY

WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship only within India.

SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping is free on all orders.

DELIVERY TIME
Every order is printed specially for you:
- Printing and packing: 2–3 business days
- Delivery after dispatch: 2–5 business days
Most orders arrive within 5–8 business days of ordering. If your PIN code is served only by India Post, delivery can take up to 15 business days and tracking may be limited.

TRACKING
Once your order ships, we'll send you the tracking details by email or WhatsApp.

CASH ON DELIVERY
COD is available on most PIN codes. Some remote PIN codes support prepaid orders only.

WRONG ADDRESS OR FAILED DELIVERY
Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. If your parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address, an unreachable phone number, or no one being available to receive it, we'll contact you to re-send it. Re-shipping charges will apply.

DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 days of dispatch, message us. We'll check with the courier and either re-send your order or give you a full refund.
